Players must navigate Lemmy through fascinating 3D-animated pathways of veins, intestines and brains. As the game evolves, the gamers’ skills are tested with obstacles like bloodstreams, vaccines, freaky eyeball creatures and frantic boss fights! Enemies are defeated by ripping out their eyes, which Lemmy in turn can eat to replenish his health. 

Each level carries a challenge mode. Players’ performances are rewarded if a challenge is cleared, a level is completed without dying or players managed to collect all pick-ups along the level. For very dedicated players the game also offers an achievement system. If the levels turn too challenging gamers can switch to an easy mode.
