      it wouldn’t be cheating. right now, i play my world in easy mode. I can see the changes to the easy stats for me. Then I switch to peaceful so my friend can build without worrying about night or mobs. The leaderboard stats start updating for peaceful. Then I switch back to easy and the leaderboard stats go back to tracking for easy. I’m not boosting my easy stats by playing in peaceful mode.
      
      This is how it should be done with creative mode. Turn off the stat tracking while in creative mode and turn it back on when in easy or normal or whatever. If what you are saying is correct, that means we need separate worlds for creative mode and for survival mode if we want stat tracking.
      
      I like survival mode and I like how it tracks all the hard work I put in it. I didn’t even use the duplication glitch in my main world because I wanted a “legit” world. I kept the dup glitch to a second world where I built like crazy.

i give you guys props with hard work, i just rage but if esrb rated this game like t(teen only) or m(mature only) i think the xbox version of minecraft could have better offers to bring and fatser, and less little brats who are irritating.

  Hate to be a downer, but the ESRB rating system does nothing to stop annoying little kids from playing M rated games. Five minutes playing multiplayer matches in Call of Duty, Battlefield, Grand Theft Auto, or Gears of War will attest to that. However Minecraft has a very good work around in the Invite only option. You don’t want to play with annoying kids,don’t invite them.
  
  As far as the rating speeding up the process of churning out updates, I’d like to see a source supporting this as the two things seem wholly unrelated. From what I understand, the game’s update speed is dependent on only a few factors;
  how fast 4J can sort through and convert Mojang’s patch codes,
  how long it takes them to then fix any bugs that arise as a result of that conversion,
  and how long it takes for the update to get through Microsoft’s certification testing.
  More than likely a quick oversight adviser for the ESRB will look at the patch content during the certification test as part of that green lighting process.
  
  Since I’m just a fan like yourself and not an employee of any of those organizations I don’t know for sure and this post is really just conjecture, but I’d actually be very interested in learning more about the process if Microsoft ever allows us a quick peek inside the workings of their certification system.

it’s comeing october 14 you no where MS CERT TETSTING takes up to 10 days well 4j handed it over to MS CERT TESTING on the 4 so i counted to 10 days that added up to the 14 just like the pc version was released but a month before or what ever you no what i mean sooooooooooooo ya the 14 of october :D

since I’m playing Technic Launcher with 1.2.5, I seriously laugh at how long it took for you guys to get this game up to 1.8.2….. I’m so sick of paying for games that aren’t done, have bugs, and just simply aren’t updated fast enough. I just stopped playing it altogether, so tell your bosses that they’re stupid for screwing this up for all of us. Tell them I said, “too little, too late”…..
