Give Those Thumbs A Vacation!

Hello from E3 everyone!!! I hope you’re all prepared for a week filledwith tons of amazing updates and announcements on this years hottest games!! While the show doesn’t officially start until Tuesday, lots of the Xbox team has already arrived in L.A. for all the pre-show prep! This includes the Microsoft Keynote presentation airing live Monday morning 12:30p ET/9:30a on Spike TV. Those of you unable to get to a TV at that time don’t worry! Xbox has you covered! For the first time in history Xbox Live users can watch Microsoft’s E3 keynote on their Xbox, Xbox on Facebook, and Xbox on your mobile!. Wait! That’s not all! Xbox has also added the ability for everyone tuning in to discuss events as they happen via the keynote party chat! You may be wondering at this point what does this all have to do with thumbs resting anyway? Well as I’m sure you can all imagine the pre-show prep chaos over the weekend combined with the Monday keynote followed up by E3 week will make regular site features tough to manage properly. The disruption in schedule will be temporary and it will only include The Weekend Cheeve Challenge (that’s where your thumbs come in) and Pic Of The Day posts. To make up for it we will be giving you all that inside look at E3 throughout the weekend and then come with posting big guns once the show kicks off on Tuesday!
